Useful knowledge has an owner
A team may have supplier notes, operating procedures and account-specific instructions in different places. Searching them takes time, but generating a fluent answer from the wrong version is worse.
A knowledge workflow should identify the source, its owner and whether it is appropriate for the person asking. It should say when it lacks enough information.
Scope to assess
- Permitted document sources, owners and update frequency.
- Access boundaries for account, property and internal information.
- Answer references and routes for correcting inaccurate material.
- Test questions covering ambiguity, missing information and conflicting documents.
What this does not replace
A knowledge assistant is not a source of live inventory or current fares unless a separate authorised integration supplies that information. It should not reinterpret supplier rules as a binding commercial promise.
Current product features, supported sources and deployment requirements are confirmed through a demonstration and scoped proposal. Ongoing content ownership remains an explicit operating responsibility.
