Privacy notice

This page was drafted alongside the site rebuild to describe the data flows the site actually has. It must be reviewed and approved by Appnox's own legal counsel before publication. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

This website is operated by Appnox Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Appnox", "we"). For any question about this notice or about personal data we hold, contact sales@appnox.ai.

What we collect, and why

We collect personal information in three circumstances, and only for the purpose described.

• Enquiry and strategy-call forms. Name, work email, company, role, a description of your challenge, an optional budget indication, an optional meeting preference, and your acknowledgement of this notice. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange any conversation you have requested.
• Campaign parameters. Where you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign source, medium, name and content are recorded with your enquiry so we understand which activity produced it.
• Optional analytics. After you accept, Google Analytics measures use of the site and Microsoft Clarity records interactions. Neither loads before consent, and submitted form content is masked. See the cookie notice.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not add enquirers to marketing sequences without a separate, explicit opt-in.
• We do not use information submitted through this site to train AI models.

Where enquiries are sent

Form submissions are transmitted to an Appnox-operated enquiry service at careers-api.appnox.ai and are handled by the Appnox team responsible for responding to them. Job applications submitted through the careers section are processed by the same service for recruitment purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. Recruitment records are retained for the period stated during the application process. Where you ask us to delete information and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and to request a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email sales@appnox.ai. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

If you are in the UK or the EU and you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Third parties

This site uses third-party analytics and visitor-identification services described in the cookie notice. Those providers process data under their own terms. Where an Appnox engagement involves a third-party AI model provider, the terms of that provider are assessed and approved with the client before anything is built — see security and delivery review.

If you choose to book a call, the calendar is provided by Calendly. It loads only when you select “Choose a time”, and Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy notice.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated notice applies.

Temporary enquiry drafts

To save retyping when you move between enquiry pages, the site keeps a temporary draft in session storage in the current browser tab. It is cleared after a successful submission or when the tab closes, and an expired draft is discarded when you return after 30 minutes. Drafts are not sent to Appnox until you submit the form. Your privacy acknowledgement is not restored automatically.
