Outside travel we take on the same class of work — enterprise AI implementation, digital product engineering, integration and modernisation — on the strength of engineering capability rather than sector knowledge we do not claim to have.

Yes, and often that is the right answer. A significant share of the value in modernisation, integration and product engineering work comes from removing friction, not from adding a model. We will tell you when a workflow problem is better solved with a clearer interface, a fixed data flow or a scheduled job than with an AI agent, and we would rather say so during a free call than three months into a build.

That is the normal starting point. Most engagements involve an existing booking engine, CRM, property management system, finance platform or internal tool that is not going away. What we can connect depends on the interfaces available to us and the access your vendors permit, which is exactly what the early assessment establishes. We do not assume supplier connectivity, and we do not imply certification or affiliation with any platform we integrate against.

The AI Transformation Audit at USD 5,000 is scoped work — a review of your current systems and workflows, the AI opportunities and integration risks within them, and a prioritised roadmap with a recommended scope and investment range. Many engagements never need the audit; some are not safe to scope without it.

Implementation engagements start at USD 25,000, and larger platform programmes start at USD 75,000. The systems audit is USD 5,000. Those are starting points rather than quotes: scope, integration surface and the number of systems involved move the figure, and commercial terms are always confirmed in writing before work begins.

With explicit boundaries, defined before anything is built. We separate what an AI step may do on its own from what requires a person to approve it, and commercially sensitive or irreversible actions sit on the human side of that line by default. Uncertain results are routed to a person with the context already assembled rather than being guessed at. This is a design decision made with you, not a setting toggled afterwards.
