Fixed-fee assessment
USD 5,000
4-week planned engagement · One priority workflow
Commercial terms
The USD 5,000 audit fee is credited in full against an implementation engagement started within 90 days of the audit readout.
Scope, schedule, access requirements and deliverables are confirmed in the written agreement.
Discuss the auditA focused scope
Choose a workflow such as enquiry qualification, itinerary preparation, booking servicing or guest-request routing. The review follows that workflow across its relevant systems rather than attempting an unlimited audit of the entire business.
The core package includes three stakeholder interviews: an executive sponsor, an operations owner and a technology or system owner. Any wider interview programme or additional workflow is agreed in the scope.
What you receive
- Current-state workflow and system map, including key handoffs and friction.
- Readiness and integration-feasibility assessment for the selected workflow.
- ROI model with assumptions, costs, risks and a realistic range of outcomes.
- Production blueprint covering scope, approvals, dependencies and recommended architecture.
- Prioritised implementation roadmap and an executive readout.
Inputs from your team
Provide anonymised examples, available process metrics, relevant system documentation and a decision owner. Any system access should be appropriately scoped; do not send credentials, passport data or payment information through the website form.
We agree the interview schedule and required access at kickoff. If an important dependency is unavailable, the report should distinguish a verified finding from an assumption or an unresolved question.
What this is not
The audit is not production development, a penetration test, a compliance certification or a guarantee that a vendor will grant integration access. It does not commit you to an implementation engagement.
If process changes, configuration or data cleanup should come first, the recommendation should say so. You receive the agreed audit outputs for your own use, with ownership and reuse rights recorded in the agreement.
The step after the audit
Production implementation starts at USD 25,000. Larger platform programmes start at USD 75,000. The proposal defines deliverables, milestones, system dependencies and the support model; the audit fee is not a promise that the full implementation will fit a minimum-price package.
Before we start
What happens on the free call?
Spend 20 minutes with a solutions architect discussing one operational challenge, your current systems and initial options. We agree whether a paid audit, a scoped build or another next step makes sense. There is no obligation to buy. Detailed system mapping, architecture and ROI modelling belong in the paid audit.
Can we start with development instead?
If you already have a validated scope and the technical dependencies are clear, we can discuss a production engagement. Where system or workflow uncertainty is material, the paid audit is the recommended first step.
Will the audit guarantee a particular return?
No. It produces a reasoned business case and recommendation based on the available evidence, with assumptions and limitations stated.
