Connected travel systems

Connect the systems your operation actually depends on.

A booking journey can span supplier content, CRM, payments and back-office tools. We start by mapping what each system owns and which actions its interfaces support.

Begin with an integration inventory

List the systems involved in one operational workflow and identify the source of truth for traveller details, offers, bookings and payment status. Record who provides access and which environments can be used for testing.

GDS, airline, aggregator and hotel interfaces are not interchangeable. A search response does not establish support for later servicing. We assess the relevant workflow and commercial access before committing to a connector.

Engineering scope

  • Field mapping, identifiers and validation across systems.
  • Authentication, least-privilege access and environment separation.
  • Duplicate prevention, retry behaviour and reconciliation for failed updates.
  • Status visibility, operational exception queues and integration monitoring.

GDS and NDC: capability must be demonstrated

We can assess requirements involving GDS, NDC and other supplier channels. Specific Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, airline or aggregator work is proposed only after access and technical feasibility are established. No official partnership, accreditation or ready-made universal connector is implied.

A useful proof exercise covers the required actions end to end, including what happens after a timeout or when the supplier rejects a change.

What a good first milestone looks like

Select one integration boundary and a small set of representative records. Agree on supported operations, recovery behaviour and acceptance criteria before introducing a second system.

Before we start

Do you already support every named travel system?

No. This page describes integration assessment and engineering services. Each named system requires a scoped capability review, appropriate access and evidence from testing before delivery is promised.
