1. The company will not be liable for any content and copyright issues related to services and products. The client should ensure all information is sent properly, and nothing should be used through unethical processes.

2. Appnox Technologies never claims ownership of client property and is not responsible after delivery. Any issues arising due to incorrect information will be borne by the client. Always use accurate information to develop the correct solution.

3. Appnox Technologies is not responsible if any employee uses the client’s code outside of the company’s knowledge. However, if a culprit is found, the company will help resolve the issue in the client’s favor, following legal proceedings.

4. The customer has rights during development and can add all copyright content, where Appnox Technologies can assist.

5. Appnox Technologies Sales Managers have limits to signing documents, but the company is not responsible for liabilities or circumstances outside the agreement’s project value.

6. The customer should feel secure with the business manager under the said limits as mentioned above.

7. An agreement must be executed within 7 days from signing and submitted to the company office record with both parties’ signatures. If not, it will not be considered a valid document. No additional work will be included within the signed agreement. If any requirement needs to be updated, the agreement must be revised with all new agreed terms and submitted within 7 days for legal validation.

Data Theft Policies:

1. If any employee, user, or even client is found involved in data theft, the company will take legal action, and a case will be filed under Indian Government law.

2. Appnox Technologies ensures the security of every client’s code. It is the client’s responsibility to take delivery of the completed solution promptly. If the client fails to take delivery after reminders, the company has the right to delete the entire solution code without permission for data protection, and no paid funds will be refunded. The company also reserves the right to file a recovery case for the particular project and recover the remaining payment and damages.
