Senior Business Development Executive 3+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients in North America and Europe through market research.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose custom IT solutions.
- Lead client meetings, product demos, and strategic presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Track and analyze sales performance and provide actionable feedback to improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales (web, mobile app, or software development).
- Strong understanding of international markets (especially North America and Europe).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and sales nurturing.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging sales presentations and negotiations.
- Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Skype.
