Project Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Appnox Technologies, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide top-quality software solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy below to understand the process.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation by the Customer:
If you wish to cancel your software order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no order cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

1.2. Cancellation by Appnox Technologies:
Appnox Technologies reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
- If the customer violates our Terms of Service or engages in any fraudulent activities.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refund:
Appnox Technologies offers refunds in the following cases:
- The customer cancels an order within 24 hours of placing it, as per our cancellation policy.
- Please note: If the project is canceled by the customer, any initial payment made will not be refundable.
2.2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, the customer must contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of order cancellation.
- Our team will verify eligibility for a refund based on our refund policy.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
2.3. Non-Refundable Products/Services:
Certain products or services may be labeled as non-refundable due to their nature. This includes:
- Software products that have been fully downloaded or activated.
- Services that have been fully rendered and for which the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided.
Once work has commenced on any custom solutions or services, cancellation and refunds will not be provided. In any case where a project is canceled due to technical constraints or a scope change not accepted by Appnox Technologies, no refund will be issued.
3. Disputed Charges:
In the event of disputed charges related to our software products or services, we encourage customers to contact our Customer Support Team immediately for resolution.
4. Updates to the Policy:
Appnox Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.

No Refund Policy:
2.1. Service Fees:
All payments for services are final and non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
2.2. Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their service agreements; however, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any previously paid fees.
No Compensation Policy
3.1. Service Interruptions:
While Appnox Technologies strives to deliver uninterrupted and high-quality services, we do not guarantee that services will be error-free or always available. No compensation will be provided for:
- Downtime due to maintenance
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Service disruptions caused by third-party providers
3.2. Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will Appnox Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delays in their development or delivery. Appnox does not commit to any compensation for project failure or delays, as these are solution developments where investments in resources are non-refundable. Therefore, please review all service agreements and policies carefully before entering into an agreement.
Exceptions:
There are no exceptions to this policy unless expressly agreed upon in a separate written contract signed by an authorized representative at the level of Director, Head of Operations, or CEO of Appnox Technologies.
A proposal or document sent via email or exchanged will remain invalid until it is signed by an authorized representative of Appnox Technologies. An authorized signature ID should be included on any signed document.
3.3. Legal:
Any dispute or legal proceeding will be governed by Indian laws and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
