4. Trial and Demo
We offer trials and demos of our services to help clients understand our offerings before committing to any paid agreement. This trial/demo period allows clients to evaluate our services, after which payment is required for continued use or custom development.
5. Payment Terms
Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Invoices will be issued with clear payment schedules, and failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Appnox Technologies shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive to ensure our services are error-free, we do not guarantee absolute uptime, nor do we warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or free of issues.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of the agreement. Information that is not publicly available or is deemed proprietary shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes may be subject to arbitration, and both parties agree to resolve conflicts amicably.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions relating to these terms will be filed in courts located within India
Refund Policy
At Appnox Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and digital services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our clients and us.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our software development services, we operate on a strict no-refund policy. Once a project has been initiated and payments have been made, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered. This policy applies to all our offerings, including web and mobile app development, design services, and IT solutions.
2. Trial and Demo Period
We understand that investing in software development services is a significant decision. That is why we offer **trial and demo versions** of our services before any payment commitment. Clients are encouraged to utilize these demos to evaluate our services thoroughly. Once a client decides to proceed with a paid service, they agree that no refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel ongoing projects or services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the work already completed. Any services or stages of development that have been completed up to the cancellation point will be billed, and payments for those services are due as per the agreed contract.
4. Service Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we are open to working with you to make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations. However, no refunds will be issued in such cases. Our team will put forth efforts to resolve any concerns and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at sales@appnox.ai.
We will work with you to resolve any disputes. However, no refunds will be provided unless there has been a legitimate and documented overcharge.
6. Final Deliverables
Once the final deliverable has been provided, reviewed, and approved by the client, all sales are final. Clients are encouraged to review the product thoroughly before accepting the final version.
7. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this policy will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in Indian courts.
8. Exceptions
There may be certain exceptional cases where partial refunds can be granted at the discretion of Appnox Technologies, such as errors on our part or failure to meet critical deadlines. However, these cases are rare and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
